28 weeks!

Yup,im 7 months pregnant and shopping for my baby is my new addiction.hehe

Matin paling excited when he knew that we're gonna have a baby boy. Cause semua baju die lah yang paling bersemangat pilih,I dont mind pun cause we have the same taste.thank god.
Other stuff like stroller,sterilizer,bottles, and breast pump we're already bought.At first me and matin like sooo blur dont know what to buy and where to start,but thankfully I have pp and kakyong.They gave me a lot of tips and shopping guide.They even bought a lot of clothes for my baby.They're the best sissy.

Recently.

Assalamualaikum and hello! Oh my,it's been ages tak update blog.fuhh *berhabuk*

I  do miss blogging! ;')

Busy? Nah,tak busy mane pun,it just I dont have the 'right' time to blog and the best word to say 'lazy?',hehe

But i do busy sometimes bila dah kahwin ni, busy in the kitchen :p

so, this is what I did recently..

my working station,spend of my time here.

Baked this cake for embun,my second niece.kakyong's cute lil daughter!

Door gifts for Embun's Aqiqah,hundred bottles of dark almond cookies.I'm glad all of the guests loves it.

Alhamdulillah.

for Mama's marhaban friends,I did this chocolate almond cluster,yums!

...and last but not least,cuppies for Embun's Aqiqah :D

Step-by-step ( Brownies )

Today,I would love to share my simple yet delicious homemade brownies recipe.Chocolate lover out there,this is for you :p 

You guys might be able to make these in half an hour okay!

Ingredients :

225g flour

225g butter 

4 eggs

60g cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

400g castor sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

100g chocolates

okay,once all the ingredients dah ada,easy peasy lah.

 

Mix all the dry ingredients first, which is the flour,cocoa powder,salt and baking powder.

Mix it bebeh.

Castor sugar and butter.Oh butter you kena cairkan dulu. I guna microwave je,senang,hihi

Alright,once all the ingredients dah ready,you bole plug kan your mixer and let the fun begin :D

1. In the mixer bowl,beat the melted butter and sugar together in high speed.

2. Then,masukkan telur satu per satu. 

3. Masukkan vanilla extract for flavoring.

4. Slowly masukkan tepung yg dah di-beat kan tadi. 

5 & 6. Lastly,campakkan chocolate! Nak banyak pun boleh.Yummy.Any chocolate will do,i'm using chocolate chip and cooking chocolate.Compound chocolate also can.

Ready to be bake! 

Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

Tadaaa, I overbaked it!hehe but still yummy,chewy and chocolaty!

You guys can served it with ice cream.
